New Way to Submit Care Provider Invoices

Save time by using WCB's new method of submitting invoices. Our new 'batch submission option' allows direct transmission of a batch of invoices from your billing software rather than mailing, faxing or re-keying the information into the WCB online form. This means you can:

• Submit multiple invoices at one time.
• Get immediate notification of a failed invoice submission.
• No worries about mail service delays and failed faxes.
• If one invoice in the batch fails, it will not hold up processing of the other invoices in the batch.
• Submit invoices with or without a WCB claim number.
• Access the service 24/7.

We worked with several billing software vendors to create this new method. Please check with your software vendor first to ensure your software can extract the information in the required format.

Care providers with general inquiries can call the Medical Accounts Inquiry Line at 1-800-667-7590 ext 4412. Vendors with software specifications questions can email webmaster@wcbsask.com using "E-bill" as the subject line.
