Operations Division
The Operations Division consists of the Case Management, Medical Services and Health Care Services departments.

• Within Case Management, the Claims Entitlement unit develops and adjudicates all new claims and administers the shorter-term (four week) claims. The longer term and more complex claims are distributed among eight Case Management teams. Four of those teams are based in the Regina office to serve the southern half of the province; the other four teams are based in Saskatoon to serve the northern half. Each team consists of Case Managers, Vocational Rehabilitation Specialists, Pay Specialists and support staff.
  
• Medical Services provides medical information, evaluation and support services to the Board, Case Management Teams and Appeals Committee.
  
• Health Care Services facilitates the Early Intervention Program and access to secondary and tertiary healthcare treatment facilities.
