Annual Report
As required under Section 175 of the Workers' Compensation Act, 1979, the WCB submits an Annual Report to the Lieutenant Governor in Council of transactions during the preceding year.

Report to Stakeholders
This document complements the Annual Report. It provides additional detail and outlines the organization's progress towards the goals and objectives outlined in its current Strategic and Operation Plan.

2001 Committee of Review Report
Once every four years, the Lieutenant Governor in Council appoints a review committee, comprising equal representation of employers and organized employees. Its mandate is to review and report on all matters of the Workers' Compensation Act, the regulations and administration of the Act and the regulations.
