Requests For Statistical Information
When requesting information, please be specific (example: a number of back injuries in nursing aides for the period of 1995-1999) and state the purpose of your request. Request information from reainquiry@wcbsask.com.

Injuries
The number of workplace injury claims reported and accepted in any given year which provides information on:
  • a given year's workplace injury activity
  • the number and types of claims the WCB is actively handling
  • workplace injury numbers, severity and the type of accidents
  • a given year's industry and occupation workplace injury data
  • duration information directly related to workplace injuries reported and programs implemented in a given year.

Occupational Diseases
WCB Policy 07/1999 states that an occupational disease or disorder arises out of, and in the course of employment, and that it results from causes or conditions that are peculiar to, or characteristic of, a particular trade, occupation, employment or industry. View statistics.
