Human Resources and Team Support Division
The Human Resources and Team Support Division provides support for all employees of the WCB and works closely with the eight Case Management teams to provide consistent service to injured workers, employers and caregivers.

• Human Resources coordinates recruitment as well as training and development of WCB staff.
  
• Team Support provides technical training and coaching to the Case Management Teams, as well as program and performance evaluation.
