Access to Oracle HCM for WCB employees

Learn how current WCB employees can access internal job postings using their personal devices.

Jobs available to WCB employees only

When WCB staff are at work, they can access the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) system to review the opportunity marketplace by signing onto the system using the "Company Single Sign On" button.

When at home, staff will need to enter their Oracle User ID and password using the same link. The Oracle User ID is your WCB login ID + "wcbsask.com." For example, username@wcbsask.com. 

If you do not have an assigned password yet or it has expired, select "Forgot Password" from the Oracle sign-in screen from the same link below. This will send a password reset email to your WCB work email address. You will be able to choose and enter an Oracle password. This is separate and distinct from your WCB login password.

If you are not at work and need to access the opportunity marketplace more immediately, please contact the WCB service desk at 306.787.4510 and they can send an Oracle password to your personal email address.

Once you have your Oracle password, you can sign into the Oracle HCM system.
