Appeals

We know the decisions we make at the Saskatchewan Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) affect people's lives, so we do our best to make sure every decision is fair, reasonable and considers all the facts. Even so, there will be times when you may not agree with a decision made by the WCB in a work-related injury claim.

We believe the key to moving forward in these situations is listening and understanding each other’s perspectives. You can always call or talk to us about the injury claim and the decisions we make. We also provide an independent review process on decisions regarding a worker’s claim for entitlement to benefits and compensation. Consider reaching out to the initial WCB decision maker to discuss and better understand the decision before you appeal.
