Saskatchewan’s total workplace injury rate declines again in 2014

Today, the Saskatchewan Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) officially released its 2014 injury rates. The data indicates a further decrease in the overall workplace injury rate despite an increase in the number of workers. In 2014, there were 402,894 Saskatchewan workers covered by WCB, over 4,000 more workers than the previous year. 18th Annual Compensation Institute starts today

Over 375 people are registered to attend the Saskatchewan Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) 18th Annual Compensation Institute today at TCU Place in Saskatoon. Each year the WCB holds this unique event free of charge for stakeholders, safety professionals, health care providers and other interested parties from around the province.
