Occupational Diseases
In accordance with POL 11/2003 and PRO 13/2007, Injuries – Occupational Disease, when a number of claims submitted for a disease or condition from the same trade, occupation, industry or employer, and the employment environment provides exposure to a causative agent, a database of these trades, occupations and industries will be maintained and referenced for future claims of the same disease or condition.

Statistics on appeals are included in our Annual Report and Report to Stakeholders.
