How to pay premiums
We send employers a Statement of Account that includes the premium amount and due date(s) for payment. Employers pay annual premiums in two installments: April 1 and on September 1 of the same year. If payment is late, interest accrues on overdue accounts.
To check your balance or due dates log on to your @WCB online services account
To make a payment, you will need:
- WCB firm number
- WCB firm name
1. Pay By Credit Card:
min $5.00 and max $5000 per payment period
2. Using your bank’s online or telephone banking service
3. By phone with credit card:

5. In person:
Visit our offices in Regina at 200-1881 Scarth Street or Saskatoon at 115 24th Street East.
6. Create Online Account:
An online account allows employers to pay premiums, submit their annual payroll information, request clearances and letters of good standing and view injury cost information.
