Pay employer premiums

How to pay premiums

We send employers a Statement of Account that includes the premium amount and due date(s) for payment. Employers pay annual premiums in two installments: April 1 and on September 1 of the same year. If payment is late, interest accrues on overdue accounts.

To check your balance or due dates log on to your WCB online services account

To make a payment, you will need:

  • WCB firm number
  • WCB firm name

6. Create online account:

An online account allows employers to pay premiums, submit their annual payroll information, request clearances and letters of good standing and view injury cost information.

We accept American Express®, MasterCard®, Debit MasterCard®, Visa and Visa Debit.
All transactions will be process in Canadian Dollars.
Minimum $5 and maximum $10,000 per payment period. For amounts exceeding this limit, we also accept payments by cheque or through your financial institution’s online or telephone banking services.
