The WCB is improving customer service with a new phone system

As the WCB continues to improve how we serve you, we are introducing a new phone system that will better equip us to answer your calls.

As part of the transition to the new phone system, when you call the WCB, you may hear generic messaging instead of a personal voice. However, you can still leave a personal message to a specific person by pressing 1 or press 2 to go to the inquiry line.
