Description

Operational Details
Pressure washing involves using a truck mounted tank, with pressure pumps that ejects water steam, air or oil onto the surface to be cleaned. The purpose is to pressure clean the surface of everything from provincial government buildings, heavy equipment, bridges, heavy and mobile equipment, to machinery in the oil patch.

Pressure trucks clean grease, dirt, oil, and other debris through using the pressure process. In the oil patch high pressure trucks remove paraffin, sand, gravel, or water from above-ground wellhead equipment. Another important application is the thawing of equipment in cold weather.

Pressure washing is often used as an alternative to sand blasting.
