Clearance Expiry and Renewal for Businesses / Employers

Please note, due to the new system’s functionality, if your clearance(s) expires Sept. 1 at 11:59 p.m., a new clearance cannot be requested until 12:01 a.m. the following day. Once the clearance has expired, employers with accounts in good standing can request a new clearance through the WCB’s Online Services Portal.
