WCB planned systems interruption
The WCB is replacing the technology that supports employer accounts and modernizing online services for employers.
As a result, all WCB systems will be unavailable from noon on Nov. 27 until 8 a.m. on Dec. 2.
We want to assure our customers that maintaining service continuity is a top priority. During the outage, WCB staff will be available to assist you by phone, email or in person.

Get ahead of the potential Canada Post mail strike by signing up for direct deposit to receive automatic payments. To receive your payment, fill out a direct deposit form and sent it to the WCB by email or fax.

Every fall, the Saskatchewan Workers’ Compensation Board hosts its preliminary rate information meeting to seek public consultation on the following year’s rates. This year, the meeting for the 2026 was held virtually on Tuesday, Oct. 28 at 9 a.m.
The rate information meeting included:
- an overview of the preliminary rate setting process
- a review of the experience rating program
- key factors that influence premium rates
- preliminary premium rates for 2026
