Operational Details
​Gas stations are retail locations which provide gasoline and/or diesel fuels. Propane tanks may also be sold and/or filled by attendants. Windshield washing and checking of oil levels may be performed as part of the services offered at the gas station.
Convenience stores, fast food establishments and/or coffee shops may operate in conjunction with the gas station and provide items such as food, drinks, ice, wood and other convenience items.




Marina operations include rental of water equipment such as boats (motor boats, fishing boats, pontoon boats), kayaks, canoes, stand-up paddle boards, bikes, life jackets, skis, tubes, wakeboards, kneeboards. Marinas often include a store front that sells fishing and outdoor supplies, confectionary items and fuel. Marina operations may also include minor repairs and maintenance of rental boats and water equipment. The marina may include parking lots for vehicles and boat trailers, docks and boat ramps used to transfer a trailered boat into the water, maintenance of these areas is included within this classification. A marina may provide in- or out- of water boat storage.
