Operational Details
Electrical cable and wire assemblers basically rewind large spools of electrical wire cable received from a supplier, and cut it into lengths. Connectors may be attached by using a crimping machine, soldering or bolting.

Custom electrical wiring can also be fabricated by winding on additional strands or can be insulated to meet the customer’s needs. In this case, sheathing is placed over the cable to protect it from the elements.

Activities can include setting up the assembly line with materials and supplies required for production, using hand and power tools, benches and vises, soldering guns, etc.
